We are so grateful to have found Sit Happens! Our trainer, Kendra, has been incredible to work with! We have a new rescue dog (6 lb papillion mix) that is extremely reactive and skittish. Jorge has done a fantastic job with our dog Bailey, she was a rescue mix from the shelter and is very friendly, but also very reactive. We had her for several months before looking into training without much progress. Since working with Jorge she has calmed down a lot and now focuses much more on me during walks. Seanna has been our trainer for the last few months and it has been fabulous working with her. We have a very sassy 6-month-old husky named Salem, who was quite the handful when we started our training journey. Seanna has helped us not only bridge communication with Salem but also given us an understanding of how she thinks and learns as she grows. Salem is now almost done with her puppy training and fully understands her commands and what we expect of her. She can hold place, sit and heel when walking through a busy park or store. We cannot recommend Seanna enough and are so happy to finally be able to take Salem places and have her calmly sit on place when guests are over. 10/10

BIG THANK YOU TO SEANNA!!!!!!! Helping us get our crazy frenchie Archie under control in just a few short weeks!  I was a little skeptical if this would work with the sales person but Seanna delivered in a HUGE way! We are so thankful for Sit Happens. We predominately worked with Logan and he was amazing. The company (and Logan) were professional, accommodating, and catered to our specific needs and wants for our pups. Both of our dogs are rescued pits. They struggle with anxiety and over stimulation. Logan was great at creating a plan that eased our dogs into training and slowly got more intense. He made sure to pay attention to them and if he felt they were getting over stimulated or were no longer able to continue with a lesson, he always made sure to prioritize their needs. We learned so much from him and even broke some of our bad habits. At the end of the day, this program will only work if you are willing to take instruction, make changes, and be consistent. It is not magic. Your dogs will not magically be perfect. It will only work if you do.

Kendra was the dog trainer for both of my high strong, high energy dogs (Max a 3 year old pit rescue and Olivia a 7 year old shepherd mix). As you can imagine it was incredibly challenging working on two dogs at the same time who’ve never had any formal training and both had VERY different issues. My dogs had never even been crated before. Max was great on leash but uncontrollable off leash, whereas Olivia was great off leash but a terror on leash. Olivia was social, whereas Max had anxiety… so on and so forth. Somehow Kendra managed to work with us all and address each need simultaneously.  By the end of week 6 we were able to have them both out on the boat cool as can be! So thankful I decided to go with Sit Happens and I’m grateful they were able to give me the tools I needed to help my dogs gain confidence and control. Would 100% recommend Sit Happens (and Kendra especially :))!
